Noesis is a model and image viewing program. It can be used to view and save .TM2 textures into another format such as .TGA

Highly recommended, folks, if you're working with Outbreak models. These were my constant companions in my Outbreak for XNALara conversion project I carried out during the first quarter of 2014.
